Will i ever be able to love anyone else?

i was in serious relation with my ex for 3 years. Its been 2 years now we broke up... after that i was in short relations with 3 girls but i could not love anyone like how i used to feel and love for her. Its so much painfull . i just think about her all the time.. anything i do ..i miss her.. she is married to some guy ..today she called me ...she was sounding happy and asked me to call her...i did not understand the puropose of her calling me...is she just being friend...i have so much feelings for her...should i call her ...i really dont want to call and make this whole thing sad....or cry in front of her ...m so confused and dead...
